• Minimum 5 years of experience in lumber-related sales. 

• Strong knowledge of wood types, dimensions, grades, and common applications.

• Ability to read project plans and recommend materials accurately.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage inventory.
